I have made every recipe posted on this site, with the exception of the poppyseed cake (I plan to make that soon). I try to include notes on changes in amounts of ingredients used, methods, cooking times, etc. whenever I deviate from or think there are multiple ways to prepare the original recipe.
Similarly, every photograph of food accompanying a recipe is a picture that I took of my final product. The main reason for taking the photographs is for use in my cookbook, but hopefully they also show that the food doesn’t have to look perfect to taste good. A food stylist I am not.
